3Scribe Transcription Pricing: How Much Does It Cost to Transcribe?

When you sign up for 3Scribe, you’ll receive 30 minutes of free credit to test our transcription platform and see for yourself why we’re the most accurate service on the market.

After that, transcription is priced at $0.09 USD per minute. If you top up your account with $100 or more, we’ll reduce your rate to $0.08 USD per minute.

We use precision billing, which means we charge you per second of audio — not in fixed time blocks. For example, if you had a balance of 500 minutes (30,000 seconds) and transcribed five files with durations of 101 seconds, 202 seconds, 303 seconds, 404 seconds, and 505 seconds, your total usage would be 1,515 seconds. That’s exactly what we deduct from your balance:

30,000 – (101 + 202 + 303 + 404 + 505) = 28,485 seconds remaining
That’s 474 minutes and 45 seconds left on your account.
